Barre Above™
Wednesdays at 5:45pm (60 mins)

*Our Friday evening class is called "Party at the Barre" and incorporates low lighting and disco lights.
Barre Above™ is a totally unique approach to barre workouts as you've seen them. Fusing the best of pilates, yoga, aerobics, and elements of the strengthening exercises dancers do, Barre Above® delivers a results-driven workout that is not only fun and dynamic, but it will sculpt your body and get you into absolutely amazing shape.

Rev+Flow (Low-impact Toning)

REV+FLOW by REFIT® is a movement-to-music workout that’s easy on joints without compromising the intensity of the workout. REV+FLOW strengthens bodies and sculpts muscles through targeted, low-impactmovements and resistance training designed to develop mobility, flexibility, and balance. Be challenged in new and unique ways through easy-to-follow movements and uplifting music. All fitness levels welcome!

CircuitTrain
Tues/Thurs @4:30pm (30 mins)
You won’t be bored with this quick and efficient 30-minute, full-body workout for all fitness levels utilizing weights, resistance bands, and body weight to increase cardio level, flexibility, strength, and balance.

REFIT® "Kick"
Wednesdays @9:00am (60 mins)
A cardiobox-inspired version of our REFIT® class full of high-energy moves and heart pumping music. Get ready to sweat as you punch, kick, squat and lunge your way through this dynamic workout. Be prepared for an occasional dance move too . . . it is REFIT® after all. If you like movement that matches the music, you'll love this class. Modifications and progressions are always offered so that all fitness levels can have fun and feel successful.

YOGAFAITH™
Mondays @9:00am (60 mins)
A Christ-centered yoga class which incorporates postures and flows to stretch and strengthen your body as well as meditation on scripture and prayer to encourage your heart and soul. All levels are welcome.†

Fit Flow Yoga
Thursdays @6:45pm (60 mins)
All levels can be successful in this vinyasa-style class which utilizes empowering movements that will challenge and deeply stretch and strengthen your body and mind. You will definitely break a sweat in this class and leave feeling rejuvenated..†

REFIT® (Dance Fitness)

REFIT® consists of powerful moves set to positive music and is structured around cardio-dance and toning movements to give you a total-body workout. Using fun and uplifting music, REFIT® is easy to follow and will both challenge fitness enthusiasts and welcome beginners. We believe that the heart is more than a muscle, so each class concludes with a community time called “Heartwork.” Come get REFIT® with us-- it's a great workout that you'll feel great about!

Pilates Fusion

Pilates Fusion is a fun blend of upbeat cardio and toning barre movements as well as ab-chiseling and total-body-defining pilates moves. Also utilizing the proven methods of Human Reformer®, no muscle is untouched in this effective 45-minute workout.

Human Reformer® Pilates

​Human Reformer® Pilates helps students harness the potential of their own body, using it as the ultimate reformer. With just one resistance band, participants will capture all the postural, core, and alignment challenges that reformer work is famous for– courtesy of Pilates mat programming that mirrors traditional reformer exercises.

Express Arms & Glutes/Abs
Tues/Thurs @10:15am (45 mins)
Express Arms is a targeted and efficient 45-minute workout consisting of a "burnout" for the upper body followed by glute work (tues) and core work (thurs). Start heavy and dropset as needed. Come discover how strong you really are.

Drumsticks
Mondays @7:00pm beginning June 1st (45 mins)
Come workout your worship with this heart-pounding (and floor-pounding) cardio and toning class that utilizes powerful music and drumsticks to motivate you as you strengthen mind, body, and soul!†

Lengthen and Strengthen
Wednesdays @10:30am (45 mins)
This express class will help you stretch and strengthen your body in just 30 minutes using yoga-inspired postures as well as other fitness techniques. You will work out your body, mind, and soul as you move to music with powerful and positive messages all while increasing mobility and functional strength in a time-efficient manner. .†

Mindful Movement
Fridays @8:00am in June and July (30 mins)
Taught by special guest instructor Paul Webb, this adaptive series offered in June and July is the perfect class for those looking for a very slow introduction into fitness. Gently build strength, flexibility, and mobility through guided movements that may utilize chairs for stability, light weights, and floor work on mats. This is an appropriate class for those with chronic conditions or who have recently undergone surgeries or other treatments. Come explore and celebrate what your body CAN do.
