Our Zoom Classes are a high-quality and highly encouraging experience. With great video and audio quality, ZOOM is the next best thing to being in the room. Check out our weekly schedule HERE, and then click below when you're ready to join us virtually. Click below to be linked directly to the ZOOM class when it goes live. Remember you'll want to view our weekly class schedule to see when each class is offered, and join class a few minutes before the posted start time.
IMPORTANT UPDATE: Due to security issues, you will now be placed in a "waiting room" until the instructor lets you in. For this reason, you will want to log onto ZOOM before the class starts. There is no guarantee that you will be admitted into class after it has started. We also ask that you use your real name and turn your video "on" initially so that we can verify it is you. Afterwards, you are welcome to keep your video "off" if you prefer. Thank you for your patience and understanding. Let's keep ZOOMing!
