STEP into the holiday spirit this December as you join special guest instructor Mary Lynn Poe at 10:30am on Fridays. Each class is 60 minutes long and will take you through a Christmas-themed step aerobic routine which will challenge your mind and your body.  Repeating the moves helps commit them to memory and modifications are always available for you. Take the challenge up a notch or bring it down. The choice is always yours.
