Join special guest instructor Mary Lynn Poe at 10:30am on Fridays in December for a Christmas Step Series. Each class is 60 minutes long and will take you through a step aerobic routine which will challenge your mind and your body.  Repeating the moves helps commit them to memory and modifications are always available for you. Take the challenge up a notch or bring it down. The choice is always yours.
