REV+FLOW by REFIT® is a movement-to-music workout that’s easy on joints without compromising the intensity of the workout. REV+FLOW strengthens bodies and sculpts muscles through targeted, low-impactmovements and resistance training designed to develop mobility, flexibility, and balance. Be challenged in new and unique ways through easy-to-follow movements and uplifting music. All fitness levels welcome!

Boot Camp is the perfect class for the early riser who is looking for a quick and efficient, full-body workout. With a mix of cardio and strength, this 45-minute, high-energy class will help you burn calories and tone muscle. Using a variety of exercises and equipment, it's a great way to mix up your workout routine and kickstart your day. *Please plan to bring a mat with you to class.

Rev on the Mat

A faith-based, yoga-inspired Revelation Wellness® class which incorporates postures and flows as well as meditation on scripture and prayer. All levels are welcome.† *Please plan to bring a mat with you to class.

Fit Flow Yoga
Thursdays @6:45pm
All levels can be successful in this vinyasa-style class which utilizes empowering movements that will challenge and deeply stretch and strengthen your body and mind. You will definitely break a sweat in this class and leave feeling rejuvenated. (This class may also incorporate some faith-infused themes and practices.) *Please plan to bring a mat with you to class.

REFIT® (Dance Fitness)
Tuesdays @5:45pm (Also on Mondays @7pm starting in June)
REFIT® consists of powerful moves set to positive music and is structured around cardio-dance and toning movements to give you a total-body workout. Using fun and uplifting music, REFIT® is easy to follow and will both challenge fitness enthusiasts and welcome beginners. We believe that the heart is more than a muscle, so each class concludes with a community time called “Heartwork.” Come get REFIT® with us-- it's a great workout that you'll feel great about!

POP Pilates®
Mondays @10:00am (Moving to Mix-it-up Mondays :10:30am starting in June)

POP Pilates® is an incredible fusion of ab-chiseling and total body defining moves choreographed to upbeat pop music. This intense, mat-based workout challenges students to rhythmically flow from one exercise to the next, developing a rock solid core while leaving no muscle untouched. This format takes classical Pilates to the next level.*Please plan to bring a mat with you to class.

Express Arms & Glutes/Abs
Tues/Thurs @10:15am
Express Arms and Abs is a quick and efficient 30-minute "burnout" for the upper body with glute work (tues) and core work (thurs) included. It is recommended to bring your own weights to class if you prefer to use heavier weights than what are provided in the studio to really challenge the muscles. *Please plan to bring a mat with you to class.

CardioBox
Wednesdays @9:00am
Get your heartrate up and your sweat on with this high-energy, circuit-style class driven by fun, cardio-box sequences and followed up with some core work towards the end. Modifications and progressions will be provided, so it's a great class for anyone to try. *Please plan to bring a mat with you to class.
