WEDNESDAY

5:45am – Boot Camp *(45)

9:00am – Cardiobox

10:30am – Core Pilates

 

5:45pm – Barre Above™

 

THURSDAY

8:00am – RW CircuitTrain *(30)

9:00am – REV+FLOW®

10:15am – Express Arms and Abs *(30)

 

5:45pm – RW Drumsticks *(45)

6:45pm – Fit Flow Yoga

 

FRIDAY
5:45am – Boot Camp *(45)

9:00am – Barre Above™ 

 

SATURDAY MORNING SWITCHUP
